As part of City App's acceptable use policy, you agree not to use the information, services, or any other part of the City App platform to take any actions that: - Contradict the public image, goodwill, or reputation of City App. - Promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illicit drug use, or underage drinking. - Infringe on copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy of ours or third parties. - Share, explicitly or implicitly, any of your data, activities, or reasons associated without our prior written consent in each case. - Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation in the country, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or result in civil liability. - Are defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene. - Transmit any trade secret, other information, or non-public information about any individual, company, or entity without consent. - Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Company's platform, including, for instance but not limited to, hacking or defacing any part of the City App platform, or modifying, altering, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling any part of the Company's platform. - Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Company's platform. - Resell, sell, lease, loan, transfer, assign, or convey any rights under the terms to a third party, or otherwise commercially exploit or make a profit from the information or content of the Company's platform, except as expressly allowed herein. - Print or copy any part of the City App platform without prior written permission from us. - Distribute any virus, worm, or similar harmful files, scripts, or programs. - Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent of causing excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of City App, its affiliates, or its vendors. - Involve the use or distribution of spam, junk messages, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other mass or unsolicited electronic communication, or otherwise violate any law against unpermitted marketing or pornography (such as the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or its equivalents). - Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or any manual or automatic device or process to retrieve or index Data Store within the City App platform, or reproduce or circumvent in any way the navigational structure or presentation of the City App platform or the contents, credentials, and security measures. - Forge headers or identities or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any posting. - Execute any form of network monitoring or running a network funnel or package retrieval technique to intercept, decode, extract or display any packets used for communication between the core system servers of City App or data not intended for you or suited to extracting or collecting any information about any visitor or member of the City App platform without their explicit consent; and/or - Contain any reference to or resemble any specified third parties unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parents/guardians if they are under legal age as defined by state law.
